At Steps Learning Center we believe in the potential of all students regardless of their disabilities. We aim to expose students to experiences that will prepare them for self-advocacy and the most independent adult-life possible. Our students receive much needed training in different areas like Life Skills, Social-Emotional Learning, Developmentally appropriate academic skills, Communication, and Learning Strategies that the classroom setting does not accommodate for them to work on. Our programs are designed with our students and families in mind to provide them with the needed tools to be successful and fully integrated with therapies on-site. Every child deserves an education that makes their needs the focal point, that is meaningful for their life and will allow them to lead a successful and dignified adult life as independent as possible.
