Learning at Steps

Mission

Our mission is to revolutionize education for neurodivergent students with significant needs, employing a holistic approach centered on individual progress. Departing from traditional methods, we create an inclusive environment where each student thrives. By prioritizing personalized support and celebrating every achievement, we empower students to reach their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives. Together, we redefine what success means in education, ensuring every student's unique journey is valued and supported.

Vision

At Steps Learning Center we believe in the potential of all students regardless of their disabilities. We aim to expose students to experiences that will prepare them for self-advocacy and the most independent adult-life possible. Our students receive much needed training in different areas like Life Skills, Home Living, Literacy, Communication, and Learning Strategies that the classroom setting does not accommodate for them to work on. Our programs are designed with our students and families in mind to provide them with the needed tools to be successful. Every child deserves an education that makes their needs the focal point, that is meaningful for their life and will allow them to lead a successful and dignified adult life as independent as possible.
